Brrrr! And my ass is still INSIDE!

Damn. Have to trek to school. And it's freezing, if I do say so myself. This is, like, nip-fall-off weather. Which is a shame, because I've become rather attached to my nipples over the last 24 or so years. I might have to wear my Big Puffy Coat, the one that has me walking around like a linebacker. And the one that makes me take up two subway seats. Blast it, I need a good coat.

Lederhosen, anyone?

What is it about uncles that make them totally awesome? He calls and we just carry on the greatest conversations. It's like he really *cares* about how I'm doing and what I'm going through. I noticed he's always had that in him, but it's become even more pronounced since he's had kids. Moreso than with my aunt, from whom I always get the feeling that she's belittling me behind my back, tittering about me with her husband, and sharing what I tell her with her sisters even after I ask her not to (usually if someone shares gossip with you, you know they're going to babble whatever you give them). He's so rad.
