Heh. Well, it's more something I've been thinking about. I posted on the local Craigslist looking for a workout/weight loss buddy, and so far I've gotten two responses. The first response was from a gent who sort of doesn't fit the criteria I'm looking for and he enclosed a photo (caption: "me skiing"; my reaction: "okay, good for you...?"). Mind, I posted on the "strictly platonic" board and I was explicit in my ad that I'm just looking for workout buddies so why even bother with the pic? Next was a response from an older black female...too old, IMO, to use "ur". I mean, come the hell on.

I'm an elitist snob, aren't I? I can't help it! I just, I draw so much of an opinion from what I'm shown via text interaction. In this case it shouldn't matter - I'm looking to work out, not add my little contribution to the gene pool - but it still sort of does. Bleh.
