My abysmal VD record continues, as we glanced out the window this morning and collectively decided to cancel the trip to The Comic Strip this evening. My new plans? Cook dinner for the clan and marathon S1 of Stargate Atlantis.

"Love Will Tear Us Apart" by Joy Division is a great song, but I guess I'm not in that mood...anymore to list it. I have to go to a work meeting tonight. That sucks, but going out in this weather and 2 feet of snow sucks more. Eh, we'll do something this weekend. And! I made him a Jayne hat. Whee! I'm getting a slanket soon from him!

btw: it still makes me giggle when I see people abbreviate "Valentine's Day" as "VD."

Lessee...after trudging home from work in the slush I will probably curl up with a mug of tea, make some kind of dinner, and catch up on sketches that are due next week. Not too exciting, but I'm kinda looking forward to it. The weather is too crap to go out anyway.

I hear SG:Atlantis is pretty good.

Shockingly (not :P) I will be spending Valentine's at gay bars... first watching American Idol at one and then going to a fundraiser hosted by a drag queen at another.
