The epilogue was pretty slap-dash - I found it amusing the way the characters kept referring to each other by name repeatedly during conversation - but I figured she wanted a way to shut fans up when they started with the "what happened to them down the line" questions. And I heard she's coming out with an Encyclopedia of the HP world that'll answer all the detail questions about what happens to the characters after the end of Deathly Hollows.
