I get the sense that you're full of love and affection, and you often leave this pessimist (or pragmatist, depending on how the wind blows) slightly envious. In a good, "I'm genuinely happy for you" way, of course. Annoying bosses/coworkers aside (man, are they universal, or what?), you seem ready with the good cheer and I love hearing about your boys and family. Post more, dang it. :)
