"Jonathan Frakes couldn't manually dock a bicycle" - Patrick Stewart, after telling us that a fan at another convention years past had commended Mr. Frakes for his supposed excellent spacecraft handling.
"He read very slowly...and she really liked it" - Mary McDonnell, in response to a fan's question about the parallels between Cmdr Adama and President Roslin's relationship and their use of books.
"[He was t]he Smithers to his Burns" - Alessandro Juliani, attempting to explain the connection Gaeta had with Baltar during the transition to New Caprica.

BTW - I've already reserved my room for next year. Apparently one of the hotels is already sold out at the Con rate. Craziness!
