Yeah, the price of Backup has been putting me off, as well. But! Butcher is (finally) releasing a collection of his Dresden-verse short stories, including Backup, this fall. I think I'll just wait for that.

Harry/Karrin: I shipped it at first, but I liked the way he sank that ship earlier in the series - I thought it was realistic and it made sense for the characters. Still, I admit I got a little squeeish at the end of Changes. And then...damn you, Butcher!
