Dilemma

We're having our holiday party tomorrow, and I've decided to fill out cards to give to my colleagues (in the process of doing them now). I usually try to put something personal in my cards, even if it's just a blurb about how I've enjoyed working with whomever. BUT - there's one person on my team who I have not enjoyed working with at all, and I don't want to say it's been a pleasure because she annoys the hell out of me on a daily basis (never returning my calls when I specifically ask her to, ignoring my e-mails, etc). Is it crass to simply put a generic greeting in the body of her card? Or should I be professional and lie by putting the "it's been a pleasure working with you?"

eta - Holy shit, I just checked Outlook - said woman actually replied to an e-mail I sent her. Not even kidding, first time she's replied to an e-mail of mine in the last SIX MONTHS. I didn't even ask her to respond or anything.

Not opening it until I'm in the office. She might have embedded a virus or something.

That's what I ended up doing. I had to remember that I didn't necessarily wish her harm to write that, I just sometimes feel like crushing her head on a regular basis.
