*Because I always felt sexy when I was cleaning out and dressing a gaping pressure ulcer. Or when the ileostomy I was trying to pouch just could not stop seeping stool. OR when I ended up finding out my new admission was a hoarder who collected her piss in a bucket. Yeah, totally HAWT.

The phenomenon of the "sexy to ultra-sexy" Halloween costume is one that just drives me insane. So freaking ridiculous. And it makes it harder for those of us who don't want to wear underwear as a costume to find cool things.

I agree. The women's section in costume stores is full of uber skimpy tight options, things that I wouldn't wear. Makes me want to actually spend effort on making my own costumes.
