*Because I always felt sexy when I was cleaning out and dressing a gaping pressure ulcer. Or when the ileostomy I was trying to pouch just could not stop seeping stool. OR when I ended up finding out my new admission was a hoarder who collected her piss in a bucket. Yeah, totally HAWT.

Oh, also: I used to get "sexy librarian" comments all the time back when I was telling people I was going to be one. It's not quite the same as nursing (though if you work in a public library, there will be bodily fluids to clean up), but I generally understand your frustration.
