A snippet (Lush Life) from The Village Voice I pulled a couple of weeks ago, and have now gotten around to putting it up here.

Pickup Shtick
So you want sex. Guess what? Pickup lines totally won't work! Be cool with these and you'll get it wet. Especially if the pickupee is wasted.

I haven't watched QAF in forever. I say that with the last season premiering on Sunday. I feel I should remedy that in a marathon of some sort. Too bad you live all the way down there, [livejournal.com profile] deathmonkey06, we could have a great cheesy shindig. *sigh*

Oh my God, I'd fall for that. But...I'm just weird. Haha. Yeah, I'm sad that I live all the way down here as well. : / An AFI performance came on while we were in Hard Rock and it made me think of you. "Silver and Cold." Best song ever.

I'm begin to believe you. Davey is such a vampire. I got around to looking at the lyrics yesterday, and that songs is written by a hardcore Anne Rice fan, mos. def. It makes me like it even more.

I've never read Anne Rice. *cowers in a corner* I absolutely adore Davey. My ex friend and I (the psycho one) were, like, obsessed. We'd go into Best Buy in a frenzy whenever we had an extra 15 bucks trying to get all the CDs. We had a whole little spiel about that song that gets a little, ahem, dirty. *sigh* Sometimes I miss her. : / And why aren't you online whenever I command you to be?!
