Despite my current funk I've managed to drag myself out of bed and spend money. I guess that just means my ass should have stayed in bed, but whateverthefuck, the less time I spend moping the better off I'll be. The checkout woman in Best Buy (Firefly and a crapload of other DVD sets for 19.99 = le awesome) took a look at my shirt and asked in a hilariously bland voice "'Clex Appeal'? What does that mean?" Far be it from me to attempt to explain slash whilst in the middle of a retail transaction, so I left her with "it's a long story, but it means I have way more than sex appeal". I seemed far happier with that explanation than she did.

Must actually *journal* in my journal. Real entry forthcoming. Shyeah.

Man, real life can get the best of everyone! and Yay! Firefly! I lent my copy to a friend but now I want it back to watch and rewatch until the new season of BSG comes out on DVD!

I still haven't watched Serenity. I think I might force myself to one of these days. I only really bought Firefly for completeness sake. :)

I took a pic on my phone because the website I ordered it from (the Glarkware shop at TWoP) is MIA, but now I'm realizing I don't know how to upload pics to LJ via my phone. Oops. I could just text it to you or something if you're that curious.

Cheap box definitely = le awesome! And the best thing is, you can never have too many (says the woman who had to go out and buy new dvd shelving last week because the piles were overflowing into the living room)!

*grin* Between the DVDs and all the books from school I've deemed salvagable my room is hella cluttered. I need new shelves as well.

I've seen Serenity, but I haven't seen Firefly. Silly me! :/
