Latest eppy of How I Met Your Mother = swoon! "I love you." Epp!

I haven't gotten sappy about a TV show like that since the heydays of Frasier (oh, Niles!).

Why does it not surprise me that you are into that show too? :) You and I just seem to have nearly identical tastes in media. :)

I, very recently, began watching it and I've quickly become addicted. Spent the weekend watching a marathon of seasons 1 & 2. Such awesomeness.

And to think I used to dismiss NPH as "that Doogie Howser guy".....

See, I still say "the dude from Doogie Howser", but I *loved* that show when I was younger so I had no problem. He really is amazing. Have you seen the newest episode? HOMG.

The continuity of the show is one of the main reasons I enjoy it so much. Callbacks are quite welcome.

Yeah, I saw this week's episode. I'm sorta in a weird place continuity-wise...I just finished S3 a bit ago, and I've seen this season starting with "The Naked Man", but there's still a few episodes in there I'm missing. I don't really know how I feel about the whole "Barney is in love with Robin" thing, seems rather out of character, but now that I've seen the s3 finale, it makes a lot more sense than it did before I had. :)

I just can't wait to see when Marshall is going to claim the last 2 of his slaps. :)

I wasn't that much of a fan of the whole "Barney being who he is because his heart was handed to him on a platter by his first love", but NPH makes it *work*, you know? The cliches are moot when you have an awesome actor playing the part. And Barney and Robin really are quite similar in behavior. Which, of course, isn't always a good thing, but I want to see how TPTB make it work.
