fredericksFor the first time in my academic career, I forgot that I had a paper to do. While once in roughly 17 years isn't a bad track record, it still has me chagrined and scrambling back and forth, trying to come up with a good paper topic and trying to get this done at a reasonable time so I can do the rest of my studying. The paper was supposed to be due by noon on Friday, but since the Prof was out sick she postponed it to Monday (I'm 90% sure of that). No loss of points due to lateness, just loss of sanity. No FishFry(TM - that just seems appropriate) either. That saddens me, seeing as I've not been to one before. And I'm fairly certain the folks aren't going to bring me back anything. Eh.
Last night I dreamt lots of things, but one part I could distinctly remember was me eating slightly crushed Lifesavers. So when I needed to break a twenty to make copies that's what I picked up. I also dreamt that I breastfed a stuffed baby kangaroo that had suddenly become animated, but I sure as hell am not making any stops to Toys R'Us to bring that little ditty to fruition (riddle me *that* shit, Batman).
I should be working now, right?
P.S. - Did you know Tropical Fruits Lifesavers have banana-flavored ones in them? A-mazing.
