fredericksMom's party on Saturday? Pretty effin' ninja, if I do say so myself. I did run around more that I wanted at the beginning of the event and I didn't take enough advantage of the bar considering, but everyone I spoke to said they had a good time and mom was smiling when things wrapped up at midnight. I'd never do anything like that ever again, but I'd like to hope mom considered it memorable.

fredericks doing wound care while sniffling hard to prevent the liquified discharge of my nasal cavities from running down and making a mess everywhere. Not fun. My problem is that I feel guilty if I call out from work/school without having a fever. I think the last time I actually HAD a fever was back in the fourth grade when I had chicken pox. Goddamn my hyperactive immune system. I did promise myself that if I'm still feeling this congested and run down tomorrow when I wake up I'll call out from work. Put my manager on notice as well. If there was a way I could get my employer to promise I wouldn't have to go out to see patients tomorrow I'd go in no problem. But seeing as staff sucks nuts recently and it's forecast to rain all day I might was well stay in. Mebbe. God, I feel guilty about it already.
