Pointless post #1 (of the day)

I had at least seven hours of uninterrupted sleep last night and I'm still drop-dead tired. The fatigue slammed me while I was riding the subway to school; I think the rhythmic rocking back and forth of the cars takes me back to riding in a stroller and before I know it it's light's out. Literally lights out - deep sleep from which I'm almost surprised I wake up. I'm beginning to get worried. I had no idea it would take this long to recover from one all-nighter. The plan was to come out here to work on two short write-ups I have to do but I've spent more time web browsing than anything else. I'm supposed to babysit my cousin for a couple of hours, so no studying until this evening. Joy.

I've taken a shine to the Comedy Central show "Drawn Together". I recall watching a few of the early episodes during the last season and being bored out of my mind but now...I don't know if it's a symptom of illness or proof that I've lost a good number of brain cells, but I laughed like crazy while watching the newest episodes. The clip on the website, with Xandir and Captain Hero, was like a pinnacle for me. Puerile humor, here I be! They do ruin the humor a bit with the caption though. Oh well.

Hmm. I'm not going to be all sad, but [emoemoemo].

PS - Dude next to me just sat down with headphones on. I can hear the music playing clearing. Uhm...why not just walk around with a boom box, guy.

Hmmmm, I must have tons of missing brain cells cause I've seen some funny Drawn Together episodes. The show is SO wrong, but it's still hilarious. The Fairy Princess angry snatch episode had me rolling on the floor, it's good stuff. ;-)

I LOVE Drawn Together! Xandir is my favorite. Sadly, I haven't been at home/remembered to watch any of the new season. I need to set up my VCR to record it or something.

Xandir is most definitely my favorite character as well. He's so adorable and so gay (now, anyway; he was a little ambigious when I recall watching the show back in S1). Foxxy is funny too.

Yes I did make my icon. I love it. Haha. My favorite S1 episode is Xandir's coming out. Where they threw him a gay bash. Absolutely hysterical. Haha.

No, no Oprah episode. Tori Amos. The Waitress. Love that song. And yeah, I saw that it costs. I was like, 15 bucks? Screw that!

Hi. *grin* Your icon and your LJ name make me smile, even if you have no idea how you decided to use it. I am going to add you back because your interests and dislikes intrigue me. For instance - I dislike the rich too! although my feelings stem more from jealousy than anything else. Wealthy bastids. And you list "vampires" under dislikes. Is that in a "I'm out of garlic/wooden stakes/religious paraphernalia help meeeeeeee!" sort of way? or is it just because those teens that go around with the fake plastic teeth from Hot Topic and the black eyeliner really piss you off?

Actually it's because of my ex-girlfriend Blair. She would LARP and pretend she's a vampire on the weekend with a ton of other people and I wasn't allowed to go. Not that I really wanted to go. But I got to resent it that she left me alone every Saturday night.
