Kayne and Co. finally got around to making a video for the very funny "The New Workout Plan". I caught it because my mom was watching it on MTV (MTV plays videos? who knew??). She seemed to enjoy it, or at least to get a good laugh out of it. I was so tempted to tell her that Kayne's workout plan is giving blowjobs. But I wanted to give her her moment.
