One more bit of random commentary: Gears of War's Mad World commercial always bowls me over. The look of the guy's face when he's confronted by that monster is heartbreakingly great. I saw the entire commercial when I was searching for a link to put up in my journal. I didn't realize it was a full minute long. I also didn't realize they made it using the engine from the game. Coolness on both counts, although the 30 seconds they show on TV is moving (and inexpensive) enough.
I'll try to catch the Monday evening BSG repeat. TWoP is giving this episode big kudos.
