LotR Stuff - Why am I always the last to know?

For the two people on the planet yet to see this - a link to the very secret Lord of the Ring diaries. I stopped halfway through The Two Towers, but from what I gleamed from the movies this seems to be dead-on. Ah, I love the funny.

I love Cassie Claire's stuff. She has some HP fiction that I've yet to read.. probably because they're loooonng. But yeah, the VSDs are awesome.

I see she has a relatively large following, from the number of replies to her diary entries. I've never been much interested in fics or slash, even though the shows that occupy my time seem to generate oodles and oodles of it. It just seems to be tainting the memory of those things I like, ya know? I guess one day if I get bored enough I'll look into some of CC's work.
