Blah blah blah
Nov. 6th, 2003 12:37 am-Watched Kill Bill for the second time the other day. Hey, I didn't have to pay my way so it was cool with me. That movie just gets better and better. Now I was able to focus a little less on the gore and a little more on the cinematography. Pretty pretty pictures. And Lucy Liu has the cutest freckles I've ever seen. And I'm usually not a freckle person.
-The problem with working in a store that pays on commission? No one's willing to help you when you're starting out. Helping a co-worker out means less time for you on the salesfloor, and thus less sales. And having a bumbling idiot on the floor guarantees less competition for customers. The bastids. Not that I'm bitter or anything. Today was my first day, and my co-workers seem pleasant enough *when* they're not trying to sell stuff. The manager looks younger than me and seemed to be greatly amused by the fact that I went to Brown and graduated with a Psychology degree and am now working in Radioshack. I live to make people laugh (at me). Hopefully my next day in is more enjoyable.
-Got my copy of Wolves of the Calla in yesterday. Of course, I've completely forgotten what happened in the previous book (Wizard and Glass) so I have to go back and read that one first. Argh. The anticipation is killing me. And I'm not terribly fond of W&G either.
Anywho.

I'll see your Uma and raise you...
