-Watched Kill Bill for the second time the other day. Hey, I didn't have to pay my way so it was cool with me. That movie just gets better and better. Now I was able to focus a little less on the gore and a little more on the cinematography. Pretty pretty pictures. And Lucy Liu has the cutest freckles I've ever seen. And I'm usually not a freckle person.

-The problem with working in a store that pays on commission? No one's willing to help you when you're starting out. Helping a co-worker out means less time for you on the salesfloor, and thus less sales. And having a bumbling idiot on the floor guarantees less competition for customers. The bastids. Not that I'm bitter or anything. Today was my first day, and my co-workers seem pleasant enough *when* they're not trying to sell stuff. The manager looks younger than me and seemed to be greatly amused by the fact that I went to Brown and graduated with a Psychology degree and am now working in Radioshack. I live to make people laugh (at me). Hopefully my next day in is more enjoyable.

-Got my copy of Wolves of the Calla in yesterday. Of course, I've completely forgotten what happened in the previous book (Wizard and Glass) so I have to go back and read that one first. Argh. The anticipation is killing me. And I'm not terribly fond of W&G either.
Anywho.

I'll see your Uma and raise you...

Nah, you're right. Uma definitely had her moments. To me there's just something about her that makes her one tiny step away from being considered hot, if that makes any sense. But I loved the choreography in the fight sequences, no doubt about that.

*grin* I can just imagine what would have happened if Heather Graham had made an appearance in the movie. The usher might have had to scrape you up from the seat.

Scrape nothing! He'd need a mop.
