I get entirely too much pleasure out of playing dictionary games at Merriam-Webster.com . What's even worse? I know they turn over the games at 2 AM. Goddamn do I suck now. Why the hell am I still up anyway?
You have one of the more intense LJ I've ever seen. I read more than half of your front page posts, and would like to leave comments on several of them individually, but I just got up and should be getting packed for a trip to Kentucky right now. But I hate Kentucky, so I'll procrastinate, dammit.
The overall impression I got from your page is that you're extremely smart, rather depressed, and a Syracuse fan. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
If I'm on the "fuck you" list, feel free to let me have it, if it'll help you out. I won't be offended if I am, and can take it if you do. If I'm not, well, fuck it.
I am sorry that both Mr. Cheung died and that his death affected you so profoundly. And if you do "the cowardly deed," as you put it, I will be forced to drive up there and kick your, ah, coffin. Seriously, I'd be much the same as you were about mr. Cheung. I'd be grief-stricken, I would care, and I would miss the weird girl- I know far too few as it is. (my optimum number is nine.)
Finally, on your page itself- I love the picture you use for a background. Michael Whelan rocks. I always wanted to walk into that picture and run around on the giant stone griffins. Also, may I add you to my friends list?
And please forgive any incoherence. Stupid DST and stupid getting up early for stupid work. It's stupid.
Thanks for perusing my LJ even though your schedule is hectic as all hell. Kentucka, eh? My condolences to you and yours.
I find this medium interesting. I think it's cool how I can air my private feelings while remaining relatively anonymous. Like being invisible and venting in the middle of a crowd. It's a great catharsis. And Whelan's pictures provide such a beatiful backdrop.
Feel free to add me to your friends list if you want. It's all good in the 'hood.
*grumble* Stupid damn fucking slow-ass LJ servers crapping out and eating my reply. I'll just post it AGAIN, dammit. *grumble*
Alright, consider yourself added. But be warned- filthy perverts like Ro might come and creep you out.
And I have got to get you posting on the Tangmonkey Forum. you would be a much needed breath of fresh air there, and you would get to see nifty things like a collaborative story that started with two guys walking down the street, and now features a giant fanged psychotic bunny named Snarly Manslaughterkins, who is being controlled by a Gay Robot Hitler partially inserted into his rectum. I swear I am not making that up. http://tangmonkey.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=324&start=0 (sorry, I don't know how to make it an active hyperlink.)
Whoa.
