Cowardly. It's cowardly to expect the world to stop for you. To expect a magic pause button to appear so you can freeze time and reflect, to figure out what the fuck is happening. To sit on your ass and expect enlightenment to come *to you*, instead of getting up and searching for it. Because no one cares. And everyone cares. Life's one big hideous Catch-22, a horrible circular logic paradox.

I must disagree with your assertion that life is a catch-22. You said it yourself; you must get up and search for enlightenment. Here's some that I've found: try not to take life so seriously. Failure is not the end of the world, no matter what your parents say. And sometimes you just gotta say "fuck it."

Hmmm. You know, I had a really in-depth thesis thought out on how life was a Catch-22. Totally logical and water-proof. But maybe I was inebriated at the time. Who knows?

Don't take life seriously? How do you propose one goes about doing that, Sensei? That's funny, in a humor sans sarcasm way (rare for me, I admit it). I'll just continue with the "fuck em" mentality that's made me the popularity queen that I am today and it'll be all good in my 'hood. :-)
