I keep checking my bank account and hoping my refund shows up, but nothing yet. Dang it. I'm going to have to go into Shake and Co and pick up my check for the few days I worked last week and hope that's enough to tide me over for a week.

Called a friend yesterday and told her I was worried about her. Which was true - she's freaking out about med school, and they're infinitely less med schools to get into than nursing schools - but I also needed to ask her how to get in touch with her pops so I can get him my rec forms. Felt sort of guilty about that. She seems to be cool, but it's near impossible to arrange some get-together with her (we haven't seen each other in more than a year).

Played hooky from Anatomy Class yesterday. Of course, uber-nerd that I am, when I play hooky I go to the library and study. Have a lab practical tomorrow that I'm not looking forward to. Called out of my Ethics class this evening so I can come home and cram. Dammit.

I really don't want to go to school today.
