The folks are off to Florida. This weekend happens to be Miami Carnival, as well as mom's b-day, so I guess dad decided to celebrate. It's me and the tempermental, porn-watching brothers for 6 days. Fun. /sarcasm
A highlight - I'm in the attic rushing to check my folks in for their flight online (they can never get anywhere on-time) and my brothers comes up the stairs to tell me my phone is ringing. I call the number back a bit perplexed, and when someone picks up on the other end I answer all ghetto-like "You called my phone?" So embarrassing. It was Gamestop calling me back for an interview. I was almost jumping out of my damn skin. I just checked the voicemail the guy left me (which I really should have checked before I called the number back) and it turns out it's only a seasonal position, but, hey!, I'll take what I can get. It's conveniently located in the middle of my trek to and from school, so I can go there after class and on the weekends no problem. If anything, my lack of hours might be the one deterrent. Hopefully they'll be okay with Wednesdays, Sundays, and Saturday evenings, but...eh. I'll see how it goes.
