Stuff transpired

captainschlumpy and I went to a flea market in Clinton Hill. This was a much more upscale deal than I was used to, and I found a number of potential presents (including two awesome haori , as well as a set of Japanese-style dolls for one of my grandmothers). This flea market was outside in the cold, and even though the weather folk claimed today was warmer than yesterday it felt degrees of ten colder. Which explains the runny nose and the vague sore throat I'm dealing with at the moment. Oh, but if I could call in sick...! It'd be glorious.
Still sort of blah overall, but the weekend's been enjoyable. I cracked open my tablet today once but didn't bother to call patients or give case files an in-depth looksie. I figured I owe it to myself to forget about the job for at least two full days before subjecting myself to the craziness.
Two bits of video win: Snoop Dogg makes an appearance on Martha Stewart's show (thanks to the Cap'n for the heads up). That Snoop Dogg sent Martha Stewart three e-mails makes me laugh. Martha's attempts to read said e-mails on air? Has me rolling.
