fredericksI've felt quite productive today. The bedroom? is clean! Which means all my papers are jammed into my dressers in a minimally organized fashion and my DVDs are now not in danger of toppling off the TV if a breeze happens to come through. Okay, maybe a little more than that, but a clean domicile is invigorating, isn't it?
I re-read Perry Moore's Hero and remembered how much I'd liked it. Here's to hoping Moore's editor(s) hustle the sequel out of beta.
Chocolate ale is very tasty. My alcohol tolerance? still almost nil. That said ale came in almost a 40-ounce bottle after I'd had a stressful day? Yes, I was lucky I managed to get home in one piece. On a related topic - one should avoid sitting next to nurses decompressing after work in a pub unless you want to hear stories about disimpactions, distinguishing between prostates and tumors, and/or packing massive pressure ulcers. Particularly after one of those nurses is doctoring a delicious glass of chocolate ale. Fair warning to the public.
