One should avoid sitting next to nurses decompressing after work in a pub unless you want to hear stories about disimpactions, distinguishing between prostates and tumors, and/or packing massive pressure ulcers.
Is it weird that that actually sounds interesting to me? It beats the usual bar conversations (there are things I care less about than the Red Sox, but not many).
