Doesn't say much that I've aggravated my condition by playing a video game. That earns me no street cred. None at *all*.
And I used to do low-impact aerobics, but even that's starting to leave me sore and aching at the end of the day. I'm going to have to enroll in swimming and water aerobics to keep healthy now.
