*grin* I actually do live in the city. I'm not moving that far, from one part of the borough to the next, but it's out of my house and if that's the only relief I'm going to get in the near future then I'll take what I can get.
I'm not dreading school, to be honest. I'm sort of looking forward to it. School is an area of my life, like work and church (not that I necessarily partake in the latter as of late), that's predictable and safe, to an extent. And this is a new situation. My last school was relatively small and pretty insular. It's going to be interesting to be in a situation where I'm not the token black chick in the class for once. Brown was solely lacking in...brown. Heh.
Most of my credits did tranfer over. I think I ended up with 88 in all, since I have a damned degree already; it's only fair. The classes I weren't given credit for were the ones that I took pass/fail. The office was fairly bitchy when it came to giving me those, even the ones that were made mandatory pass/fail by the instructor. I was planning on attending Hunter in the spring so my evaluation was was done back in January, but I ended up (foolishly) changing my mind.
I remember dealing with you a few times, to be honest. When I read your journal I felt guilty, because I was fairly certain I'd been short with you on some occasions. I'm sure you get that a lot, though. *grin*
