It's a TRUCK. And it's OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOUSE. Seriously, Cassie, grow a pair.
I always feel vaguely uncomfortable when issues of racial discrimination/bias are used as plot points for semi-comedic shows. In this case, having the crimes perpetrated by a souped up 4x4? Raises the cringe factor that much more. The only reason this episode isn't being fast-forwarded? Because the writers of Supernatural have that great season-long arc going on and I don't want to miss anything. This episode is nowhere near SG:A Season 3 "Runner" badness (oh my God, that episode was wonderfully hideous; it *had* to have been tongue-in-cheek), but the screen is minimized.
I was in the middle of How To Survive a Horror Movie when I started Supernatural, and got extra laughs from all the little clues the book shares on how to tell you're in a horror movie that show up in the show. The book has a whole section on how to survive being chased by possessed cars.
Jesus, Dean just shouted "I have an evil truck on my ass!" SO. BAD.
