'k, did anyone out there send me something via FedEx? 'Cuz I wasn't expecting anything and I hate surprise packages. Okay, so I'm lying - I *love* surprise packages, but not at 9AM when I've just managed to stumble out of bed, I'm in my grungy sleepshirt, and my hair makes "hot mess" seem like a step up. ::eyebrow:: My name's on the tag, so...no bombs/court papers/heads of ex's, okay? Guess I'll have to be up at 9 tomorrow to try to see what's what.

Bro finally got me watching Avatar. It's neat. I'm not quite hooked yet (I'm three episodes in), but the fighting is great. And all the kid stuff. I keep trying to get him onto stuff like BSG and FullMetal, but it seems he doesn't want to even attempt to think while watching the idiot box. We did sort of bond over Veronica Mars, which was fun. And all of us bonded over Heroes (my room became a very testosterone-filled place on Mondays between 9 and 10PM), but I've given up the ghost on that one. Oh well.

I miss steel band competitions. And I want to go to Hawaii, dammit. Cruise next off-season, peeps. Believe it.
