Breaking radio silence

D*Con 2009 = v. v. fun. Keep saying I'm going to make a substantial update but I either a) end up falling asleep on myself or b)run out the door to do something. Made the Gareth/Torchwood panel this morning and the SGA/SG1 panel this afternoon. Gareth mocked Keanu Reeves and made my morning. Joe Flan's hair *really* is that crazy. And fans should just stop asking actors their opinions on slash and fanfic in a public forum (gaaah!). Don't think I'll make the fandom/fic forums this evening as I'm ready to keel over right now. And I've not taken any pics of costumes (best thing I've seen today: the fairies from CInderella hovering around a Bank of America ATM attempting to get cash); my bad.

Tomorrow I'll try to see Patrick Stewart and BSG panel (I think I missed Alessandro, and that makes me quite sad).

ETA - sign of Con insanity - I spent a good portion of this evening seriously contemplating dropping big money on this Obi-Wan costume. Yes, to wear. No, not while seeing patients (which, come to think of it, would be SO AWESOME).
