Tums and Pepcid work wonders. They've been my life-saver in more ways than one since I visited the ER myself early last month. I was told to watch my diet, but sometimes it's hard. I hope that it was just a fluke from the curry. Hopefully your job will be kinder to you in the future, and not stress you out so much.
Oh, the iTunes story is a dangerous place! They have my credit card info saved, which makes it even more dangerous. *grin* Hope you're having fun with it though! (:
