Where I May
Dec. 23rd, 2007 02:53 amI spent a ridiculous amount of energy when I was younger loathing my voice and my name. Therefore, I always find it amusing when people respond positively to either one. The name's surprisingly well-liked, but I think yesterday night was the first time I was (sincerely?) complimented to my face about the way I sound, with bonus speculation on how good a singing voice I have. I declined their request to have me sing something, because there are limits.
Also last night, a physician and I got into a brouhaha that culminated with him getting chewed out by one of my co-workers and floor manager, and him quite handily proving himself an utter dick. The whole thing was fascinating, really, and requires a post full of analysis and witty zingers...things not on the agenda tonight. Must sleep. Sleeeeeeep.

Yeah, I'm probably not making a lot of sense. But then again, I never do. :P
Thank you for the card! So very cute. (: Hope you have a Merry Christmas, luv! ♥
