Anyone have an idea as to why my previously quiet Macbook Pro has started occasionally sounding like a plane preparing to takeoff? ::is worried; pets Macbook::

Don't *tell* me that! I just bought it at end of December. :(
And I have noticed it gets quite warm now. Crap.

I don't think I purchased any additional Apple Care, but I've heard it's good for a year after purchase, right?
