So of course I've been putting off sending in my check for the reunion. And, of friggin' course, all of the early bird special days have passed. So now, for the pleasure of shooting the breeze with people that undoubtedly have loads more money than me in the bank and won't remember who I am, I'll be forced to pay $60. Oh, Alexa, you will owe me, my dear. I don't even know if I have $60 in my bank account. I haven't checked out a statement for the last three weeks. Ouch. I may be overdrawing as I type. Goddamn, do I need a job or what? I fucking hate self-pity, but I'm so very good at it.

Well, at least Krishna loves me. When I scratch her belly, anyway. Damn. Even the dog can't give me unconditional love.
