  • You know, as if I needed any more impetus to leave the RC Church, well, here it is. I know I haven't agreed with many of the teachings of the church for a while (I go because the monotony ritualistic manner of the service is soothing), but now my pro-choice stance means I shouldn't receive communion? Episcopalian Church, here I come!
  • Oh, God bless you, CNN.com. A filthy cookie tin, huh? All the disgruntled ex-employees salute you, my friend. I'm just pissed I can't zoom in and examine the picture without it getting all pixelated on me.
  • "My weiner? Do they want me to push my weiner?" /Michael Ian Black (and if you don't get that reference, make sure to watch VH1's I Love the 80's next time it comes back on the air). The picture, I think, is just as hilarious as the article.
No, I take that back. The article will make you spit liquid onto your monitor/LCD screen. Be forewarned.

Ugh religion, I could go on for hours about it!

*grin* Oh, I don't doubt it. Organized religion, 90% of the time, is divisive: "believe this and act the way we act, or you'll be damned". "The way we act", of course, being the way decided on by a select group of people, in most cases centuries ago.

I'm going to find myself a good ole non-Catholic church that'll accept my sexuality and my world views without preaching eternal damnation, and then I'm going to continue following the Golden Rule. Life goes on.
