fredericksWhy the hell did Nickelodeon decide to remove "Roseanne" from its schedule tonight and replace it with a marathon of..."Wings"? The fuck is wrong with these people?? I mean, Steven Weber is a draw, but the rest of them? Tim Daly I can only remember because he's supposed related to the other more talented Daly. And the chick? Heh. Whatever, dudes. I'm pissed.
And on "Aqua Teen" - how cool would it have been for them to have Geddy Lee singing? Righteous eppys tonight, dude. Frylock is a rocker? I had no clue. I'm so hoping I have enough funds on me from my B-day to purchase the Seasons 1 and 2 box sets. But I shouldn't. But I want to. Eh, I won't end up buying it. I'll just rent it from Netflix.
It keeps slipping my mind to call Samaritans and tell them that I decided to throw in the towel. Which is all the more reason why leaving is a good idea. I'm not in the right frame of mind for it right now. Who knows if I'll ever been? But definitely not at the moment. Can barely deal with myself right now.
More great television shows I've discovered! "World Series of Blackjack" on the Gameshow Network. Less annoying celebrity chatter that the waste of screen "Celebrity Poker Showdown", more skilled players, faster-paced games. I'm getting slowly hooked. Also, "Taboo" has continued rocking my world. The episode I caught today? "Justice". In Togo, a way to settle he said/he said disputes is to have both parties plunge their hands into boiling oil. The righteous party's hand will not be burned. Good clean wholesome family fun.
Show that has to go? UPN's American Idol knock-off, where the "winner" is the person with the worst voice. It wouldn't be so bad if the poor contestants weren't being told all along that they are "wonderful" and "amazing". Then, at the end, they're told it was all a lie and they really suck. They still get a record deal and a signing bonus, but the cruelty! Oh, the cruelty.
