What is with all you people having birthdays in December?? What, is March the International Month of Woohoo/Try to Make A Baby or something?

Speaking of which, it's very sad that my Sim people have gotten more Woohoo in their 25 days of Sim Life than I have gotten in my 25 YEARS of real life. And yes, one of them is a lothario, but I feel that doesn't excuse me.

I'm going to bed now.

I'd offer to help with the whoo-hoo, but I fear`you're rather far removed....

*grin* How very altruistic of you.
I think my resolution for the New Year will be to stop obsessing in how very little woo-hoo I'm getting and instead channel the energy into more productive outlets, like...something somewhat wise I'll think about at a later date.

Btw - is that bear in your icon wearing a comm badge???

Yay! B-day's in December rule..........ok, maybe not. :-P

Ha! No, they rulez. Although you may be a little biased.
I always felt bad for the December kids. Their birthdays are so close to the Judeo-Christian holidays that they can easily get shafted when it comes to present. At least, it seems that way with my brother (his b-day is on the 11th). I'm sure you can confirm or deny the claim.

Yes, I've always gotten screwed over for having a B-Day in December.....it's waaaaaaaaay too easy for someone to say something like, "Oh, I'll get you something EXTRA special for xmas. It will be a combo B-day/Xmas present, etc...etc." Unfortunately, when it came down to getting the present, it wasn't anything extra special......those damn cheap liars! :-P

You're not old! You're, uhm...aging. Yes, aging. Like fine wine or stinky cheese.

Well, so what are you doing about getting more Woohoo? :)

I figured bitching about it on LJ would be an excellent start. Eh, maybe from there I'll move onto bitching about it with RL friends, peppering family dinnertime with "God, my vagina is so empty I swear one could get an excellent echo going", and then generally going apeshit around single hot guys in general.

I'm not quite sure yet. I've never been woohoo obsessive, I just found it funny that over the last two days I've become a master of Sim seduction and my Sims have seen tons more action that I have. I have tons of issues to work through - once I get comprehensive insurance I'll give some lucky shrink enough compensation to afford a nice luxury vehicle to peel around in.

First, the Michael icon? Classic. Second--to be fair, more babies are born in August/September than any other months because of the holiday season. Perhaps the December babies are just drawn to you. Third--I can't help you out with the Whoohoo, sorry. I can't even help myself out with it. Le sigh.

[livejournal.com profile] moonrockcandy made the icon, I think. He/She's rather good with the Paint there.

Second--to be fair, more babies are born in August/September than any other months because of the holiday season.
Is that so? I'd think that, particularly in temperate climates, more babies would be conceived during the colder times of the year, since people have a tendency to stay in more...whereas at holiday time you're out and about or dealing with something or another. Around here it really picks up in late January - March. But what you're speaking makes sense. In my extended family there's only ONE August/September person (my father) - although, to be fair, my folks are from a tropical country.

Third--I can't help you out with the Whoohoo, sorry.
It's okay. I'm moved you cared enough to even mention it.

It is!! My mom, dad, sister-in-law, nephew all have birthdays this month. Add Christmas to that and my end-of-the-year bills are horrific :)

At least I know, since my family is in Michigan, that it's cold and there are lots of blizzards in March...so I imagine there's little else to do :)

See, you're one of the nice ones. If I had a ton of relatives with b-days in December I'd mail/give them a card or something and say "oops! the gift is in the mail" and then give them a little (very little) something extra in addition to what I'd planned to give them for the holidays. I wouldn't be liked too much but, oh well.

I think February/March are the worst months when it comes to winter storms. Your logic makes perfect sense.

Actually, my guy is in a monogamous relationship. He can't even fathom having more than one love at once. Okay, so he *thinks* he's in a monogamous relationship. I had his paramour "move in" and it turns out the guy have two other lovers, both chicks. Such a manslut. Heh. I ended up taking it personally and didn't save the move. I'm hoping my guy can find someone else to fall in love with. My girl, on the other hand, wants to woohoo with three different people. I'm pretty sure that means one at a time; I don't think there's a Sim Orgy option. Not yet, anyway.
