A few random words
Oct. 1st, 2004 10:43 amYou people on my friends list are great at following commands. I sincerely appreciate the time and effort y'all took in text messaging me. That's an open invitation, btw. Anytime you're bored and by a computer (and I'm not on AIM), feel free to send me a text message. That's sort of the reason why I put that up in my profile. I'm a needy person on the oft occasion.

I got my first real glimpse of Farscape last night. I think
gorzo will appreciate that. Mein Gott, Crichton is SMOKING. I just dropped my Netflix copies of Angels in America in the mailbox and Farscape is definitely next on my queue list. Not only because of Crichton's hotness, mind you (he looks eerily like Eric Bana)...but that doesn't hurt.

I've come to find out that it takes a man very secure in his sexuality to watch a show featuring a male/male coupling. Bound is easily watched, yet they hesitate when it comes to the aformentioned excellent Angels in America. Or "Queer as Folk" (although, to be honest, the writing in QaF can get pretty horrendous; on those occasions I wouldn't blame anyone of any gender for avoiding it). God, male sexuality and sexual identity in this country is all sorts of fucked up.
And, yeah, women's sexuality and sexual identity isn't all fine and dandy either. But that's another issue altogether.
