The good thing about writing an 100 word max "essay" for a scholarship - 100 words is not a lot to work with.

The bad thing about writing an 100 word max "essay" for a scholarship - 100 words is not a lot to work with.

I don't do drabble for a reason, dammit.

That complaint right there? 56 words or so. Crap.

Edit -
One hundred words is not a lot for an essay; that's good and bad.

14 words but horrible English. Go me!

Nice! You seem to have a knack for it. I hope we weren't just supposed to list accolades because I have none related to nursing.
Thanks for the luck. :)

I guess you can say that I have a knack for eloquent BS. Well that's what I used to call my academic writing back in the day. I've been a bit worried that I lost this knack andI have delayed applying for university because I have to write one of the lovely paragraph or two type-thingies (as well as loads of other stuff) because I am applying for mature student entry (hee hee mature student still makes me laugh and be annoyed at the term at the same time) Then again, us creative/intelligent (slightly obessive and/or wierdly perfectionistic) people tend to be our one worst critics. *wonders to herself if that really makes sense, but decides to live it in for flavour*

Hee! Fine wine and aged cheese. Hmmm....cheese....

I missed the deadline for SFU because we found out at the last minute that DH's company is moving away from the area that I was about to apply for that community college. So the change of plans affects me enough that I have decided to apply for SFU instead. I trying to get my guide dog before I apply for school because if I am going to go to school with a big campus I'm going to need more than my cane to get around. At this moment we are still looking for my application, which is still missing in action *sigh* At this rate I'm never going to get to school.
