I'll just note fics that I come across that I found memorably good or memorably bad, as well as talk about the rabid mostly female members that make up fic-ers. There will most likely be a preponderance of slash fic mentioned, and an abundance of ridiculousness (as is often par for the course).

*grin* Btw - I thought of you specifically when I made the filter. That's not an insult in any way, just so you know. I value your LJ companionship enough to not want to annoy you with my silliness. It's a compliment of sorts.

Well, hmm. Hard to say. I don't know if there's "so much of it" as the few people that create it tend to be prolific and its followers can be a little...enthusiastic? And that the couplings generally aren't part of the usual workings of things tends to make it that much more humorous/appealling. At least, that's what I've heard.
