Well, hmm. Hard to say. I don't know if there's "so much of it" as the few people that create it tend to be prolific and its followers can be a little...enthusiastic? And that the couplings generally aren't part of the usual workings of things tends to make it that much more humorous/appealling. At least, that's what I've heard.
