Came in yesterday at 8:15AM, shopped for lil'est bro's b-day cake, went to bed at 11AM, woke up at 6PM, did b-day stuff with the fam until 10PM, went back to bed until 4AM (during which time I had dreams about killing a patient through neglience - fun!), washed clothes and watched the Atlantis Season Two finale, went back into bed at 6AM, and have been loitering here since. If you looked up "frakked up" in the dictionary you'd see my current sleep schedule. The second entry would be my hair, followed by "see also 'hot mess'" because, yo, Jesus Christ.

Two more things:
1. So, BSG's done after the end of Season Four. My "meh" reaction to the second half of Season Three being what it was, it wasn't such a big deal when I'd initially caught the news. Let's see what Ron Moore and Co. cook up for the end of things.

2. Is "The 4400" any interesting? Does anyone on my FL and/or stumbling across my journal watch it? I liked the commercial I caught on USA the other day and figured I'd shell out for the inexpensive (and short!) Season One set. And Billy's on it, which is nice bonus.

I've never really followed the 4400. But occasionally I'll watch an episode when I'm too lazy to change the channel after the Dead Zone is done. And it doesn't seem too bad.

Ah. So how's The Dead Zone? I've been thinking about watching that one too. Problem is I need to watch from the first episode. I'm a bit anal that way.

I really like The Dead Zone. They've come up with some interesting episodes and it's not the same every week. Most of the episodes are stand-alone. Except for in the 2nd season or maybe it was the 3rd, they had John start having visions of the end of the world and that's kind of been the random story line since then. When they have an episode dealing with that, then you kind of have to watch the previous shows dealing with it to understand what is going on.

I'm curious about The 4400 also. I read a couple recs for it online, but I haven't actually tried to watch any of it. If you getting into the viewing, let me know if I should devote my time.

Will do. I figure I'll start up on that and Supernatural.

BSG: Dammit! Only 4 seasons, yet there's about 23094820439832 seasons of Stargate(s)? I swear, there's no justice in this world.

4400: It went from 'good' to 'great', and the third season took it to 'craptarded'. Here's hoping season 4 won't suck quite as hard. ;)

p.s. nice to meetcha :D
p.p.s. i have not yet forgotten what i've said i would forget

Sci-Fi's spent a hell of a lot on publicity/press for BSG, and the returns have been diminishing as the seasons have progressed. The show only had one or two seasons left on Sci-Fi's end. I think Moore finally decided to end it after 4. Seriously, where can he go after that season finale? Gah.

"Craptarded", huh? *grin* That's encouraging.

Oh, and it was quite nice to meet you as well. They covered the PacMan World Championships on SportCenter's Top Ten plays, and I thought about our excursion. :)
