3. What are you working as/What are you studying? I work as a wildlife specialist and I'm thinking of getting back into my ma in education

Is this the pirate story you mentioned to me before? I think after I ranted about how much I despised the Nightrunner series you told me about a pirate book. This one is better than Fortunes of War?

You know, I might have. It's better than fortunes of war in that it has a complex plot and good characterization. It's not really a romance at all. There is sex and it's fairly graphic and of course the usual traumatic, angsty past of the lead character though. I didn't like the second book as well as the first. I'm waiting for the third to come out before passing judgement on the whole series but I liked the first one enough to read it twice so far. Fortunes of war is another of those cotton candy books like nightrunner for me. just fluff to amuse myself with and make me giggle!
