LJ's being all elusive and stuff today. It cut down on my time wasting abilities today x 1000. Still, today won major points. I spent a good chunk of this morning and this afternoon getting pampered at Bliss Spa on 57th St. It being early and the middle of the week the place was practically empty. I got to stroll around in my robe and slippers sipping on Earl Grey and munching on cheddar and sesame crackers in between getting a facial, wax jobs, and a mani-pedi. Seriously, it was amazing, and only if I hadn't been cramping like a mofo throughout would I have enjoyed myself more.

I'm very thrilled about being off from work. YAY! Two weeks off! A week and four days off at this point, but, yay! nonetheless. Totally a Lemon Bar Day.

Tomorrow I'm off to St. Thomas for the wedding and the donning of the tangerine dress. I figure only having Jo along with me will make the experience bearable. I'm already fighting the urge to give my sister a swift kick in the ass, and we're not even in the same vicinity yet.

I indulged today and hit up Trader Joes for lemon bars. They make the mini ones you can keep in your freezer and pull out one or two whenever the craving hits. Tarty goodness. :)

And the spa was completely worth it. I'm going to have to start scheduling spa days every two-three months or so. During the middle of the week just take a day off to decompress.
