I've seen this floating around on my FL so I gave it a shot. Gotta say, for a short questionnaire I found these results to be *remarkably* accurate (accurate as in close to my self-perception, of course). If my quirks aren't painfully obvious enough on my day-to-day page the "full report" is plenty insightful.

I mean, it is a questionnaire. On one hand it's like making any number of predictions - some of them are bound to be true if they're vague enough. And it's not scientific or validated. Or able to be validated. But it's how I see myself.
