On the lam (now with mint jelly!)

I'm in the computer lab at the moment, playing hooky from my Anatomy class. This guilty feeling I have in the back of my mind is really really annoying. My plan was to skip Anatomy and Orgo and spend the four hours or so playing catch-up with the readings. I justify this with the knowledge that a)the biology notes are posted online after lecture, b)I took Orgo before and so I know the gist of p-orbitals and the like without getting lost while reading the notes, and c)both classes are in the very beginning and I have time to go to the professors and nag them if I have a question. Now I'm trying to figure out why exactly I have to justify walking out on an experience that I'm paying for, really. Damn this Catholic guilt.
My brother's supposed to be coming up here to mooch off my book discount at Shake and Co so he can get his textbooks. Only thing is that Marymount kids are also getting their texts now, so since I'm going to have to ask the runners to look up the books by title and then price them for me, they might get a wee bit pissed. Oh well.
Took notes for a student in Experimental Psychology today for three hours or so. When I checked my e-mail I saw that the student said she wouldn't be in. I found out when I got to the classroom that they had a paper draft due. Ah-ha. Riiiight. Now I know why you were sick. The class itself? Ridiculous. I'm unsure if it was the professor or the students that made it so. The professor, while sincere and energetic, was scatterbrained to the extreme and went off on tangents without notice. The students themselves...honestly, how do you not know about Milgram's experiments when you're in a higher level psych course??? Ugh. I was fighting laughter a lot there.
Anyway, let me get down to the nitty-gritty and wait for bro's call.
Why do I feel like just going home now? Dammit. I'm such a slacker.
